Cleanser: Combine 1 tsp. powder with a few drops of liquid and massage onto wet skin, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Mask: Combine desired amount of powder with a few drops of liquid {we like to use, yogurt, mashed banana, avacado or honey} and massage onto clean skin, let sit for 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
